To have multiple exhibitions live concurrently, you will need to subscribe to a gallery for each exhibition you would like to show. You are only able to have one exhibition live at a time in each gallery, just like a physical gallery.
Yes you can. Just follow the instruction below for each artwork you want to remove the wall text for.
To set your exhibition's publish date, go to 'Preview and Publish'. Here you can set the exhibitions date and time to publish, and choose your preferred time zone.
Currently, Exhibbit is only able to view through mobile and iPad devices through our app.
Your exhibitions need to be published before they can be viewed on a mobile device. Curating and previewing your show can only be done on a desktop computer.
An exhibition needs to be published before it can be viewed. Once you publish your exhibition, you will be issued a unique published link for your gallery. This will include instructions on how to utilise your link in order to share with others or embed within your website.
See a tutorial on how to achieve this here.
This can be done by disabling 'Pin Artworks to Eyeline'. You are then able to position artworks above or below each other, using the grid feature to align them with one another.

If the size of your exhibition is very large, some viewers may not be able to load your gallery if they have a computer older than seven years, have other graphics-intensive applications running at the same time, or have a lot of tabs open in their browser.
Here are some tips for an optimum viewing experience when loading an Exhibbit gallery:
Yes. We use a CDN (a content delivery system) that saves downloaded exhibitions onto local servers, resulting in a faster loading time for subsequent downloads within the same area, and reduces the load on our main servers
The gallery window size is 960 pixels wide.
Login and go to 'MY ACCOUNT'. To cancel your subscription, select the 'Cancel' button beside your subscribed gallery or add on. Once you cancel your subscription, your gallery will stay active until the end of your current paid period. You can 'Cancel' soon after your subscription has begun (allow 24hours), you will then still have full access to the gallery until the time your subscription expires.
Instagram only allows one link within your profile description. We suggest using the free app Linktree. You can instead insert your Linktree url and have your Exhibbit published link / your embedded gallery link and / or other appropriate links in Linktree directory. This avoids links opening within Instagram's own browser which has restrictions that stop Exhibbit's content from opening directly in Instagram. This app can be installed via linktr.ee
You cannot view these features within preview, but they will appear when you view your exhibition via your published link. Remember, your exhibition is still private until you share this link with others.
Yes, you are able to subscribe on a month by month basis. When you subscribe, you are able to select whether your subscription is recurring or not. When you have decided you would no longer like to be subscribed, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel your subscription, your gallery will stay active until the end of your current paid period.

Currently we do not offer the ability to have 3D objects in our space. Alternatively, if you would like to exhibit sculptural or 3D pieces in our galleries, we suggest presenting a picture of the sculpture and placing it on the wall as an artwork, then attaching a video to the artwork that shows a walk around of the piece. We have a media link feature for this, which can be attached to each artwork.
Yes, we can expand the maximum number of artworks you can hang for any of our template galleries. Please email [email protected] with you requirements and we would be happy to assist you.
If a black screen appears when previewing (which can happen when using Chrome), it may be caused by the hardware acceleration not being switched on. You can switch it on in the Advanced section under Settings.
You cannot join different galleries together, however you can utilise our ‘Multi-Gallery Access’ feature.
Your viewers will then be able to access your current exhibitions held in your subscribed galleries via the 'CURRENT EXHIBITIONS' tab in the Menu of the exhibition window.
You are able to switch this feature on by selecting the pencil 'edit' icon showing next to each of your subscribed galleries in the Exhibition Manager.
Once open, you will be able to toggle on and off 'Multi-Gallery Access', which will make this tab visible in the Menu when a visitor is viewing your exhibition in this gallery.
You will need to apply this to all of your galleries if you wish the viewer to access all of them in this way.
Your viewers can access all of your current exhibitions in your subscribed galleries if you toggle on our ‘Multi-Gallery Access’ feature. Please read question 21 to find out more.
If you would like to replace our Logo within the Gallery Window, you are able to do so by adding our ‘Branding’ feature. This feature costs $10.00 USD per month, additional to any subscriptions you currently have.
The file containing your logo must be 100 pixels high and saved as a transparent .png or a non-transparent .jpg file at 72 PPI (pixels per inch).
The area we have allowed for the logo is quite small and is best suited for a single word logo or an abbreviation.
When the existing logo is removed, you can choose to add your own logo or alternatively, not to show any logo.
During the process, you will be taken to the payment gateway and the branding addition will be added to your account and all current gallery subscriptions.
If you have two or more subscriptions to the same template gallery, you are able to move exhibitions between them.
Firstly, select to edit your exhibition, and under 'Exhibition Details', you will find the tab 'Gallery'.
Once here, select the arrow and choose your preferred Gallery. (It is useful to rename your second gallery before doing this). Once this is done, your current exhibition will now sit in your new gallery.
