Embedding
This places the gallery on a dedicated page of your website.
The size and aspect of the window can be set with introductory text added above or below.
One benefit of embedding in your website is that the virtual gallery content is automatically updated when you publish or change the status of an exhibition.
Hyperlink
This enables you to link all of your five exhibitions to images grouped on a single webpage, or on their own page with text and other supportive content.
Each subscription allows for up to five exhibitions at a time. Every exhibition has a status: featured, current, past or closed. The Featured exhibition is the first to open, with the other four accessed via MORE EXHIBITIONS from within the virtual gallery.
Featured
The Featured exhibition is the first to open, with the other four accessed via MORE EXHIBITIONS from within the virtual gallery.
Current
Current exhibitions can be a duplicate of your current physical exhibitions and used in a support role to increase the number of exhibition visitors. Or as an online only exhibition to showcase an emerging artist, a re-hang of a previous show from your archive, or anything that suits your exhibition schedule.
Past
This status is used for past exhibitions that you want to show on your website or easily view for historical reference. They can be viewed only, not edited or republished, making them an accurate record.
Closed
Is for archiving past exhibitions. They can’t be displayed or edited, but can be viewed by changing the status to past, current or featured.
As a digital version to support the live show
Use the Featured exhibition as the digital version of your real gallery exhibition. Let people at the opening know they can view again online, at their leisure. Give people who cannot come to the gallery an opportunity to view the full exhibition - online.
An Exclusive preview
Create an exclusive preview with a private exhibition and send it to your collectors, just before the opening.
Past exhibitions
Show past exhibitions on your website by setting an exhibition’s status to ‘Past’ and adding its hyperlink in an image on your website.
Online only exhibitions
Use one or more of the five exhibition spaces to show emerging talent, as online only exhibitions.
Virtual exhibitions in your real gallery
Use a tablet (iPad or Android) set-up in your gallery for visiting clients to peruse your virtual exhibitions.
Promote individual exhibitions
Use the Promote tool to send invitations by email and to post on social media.
Spread large shows across all five spaces
Each room can be customised differently. Use the feature status to switch which show opens the embedded gallery each week.
Plan ahead
Plan and curate your exhibitions in advance by publishing them with opening and closing dates set in the future.
