This add-on feature enables visitors to access previously published exhibitions in a gallery.
Archived exhibitions are added to a gallery by subscribing to a block of four, nine or fourteen exhibitions under the gallery entry on the Accounts page.
These archived exhibitions are accessed from the current exhibition using the PAST EXHIBITIONS button on the main menu.
Selecting the PAST EXHIBITIONS button opens a directory which the block of archived exhibitions can be loaded from.
Currently this feature is used by Art Schools and Universities where the account is administered by the organisation on behalf of the users.
Group Management enables the administration of an unlimited number of galleries. Galleries can be assigned to other users and only the manager can see all of the exhibitions.
Packages for adding five, ten or fifteen additional artworks to any gallery can be purchased as an add on to the gallery subscription.
To increase the limit of artworks in an exhibition we have additional artwork packages.
Two graphics need to be uploaded.
One for showing during loading and a square version for in gallery branding. See our tutorial here.
You can upload your own logo to replace the Exhibbit branding in both the initial loading page and in the top left-hand corner of the gallery window.
